FAQs

You landed here because you’re curious, and that’s a really good sign!
Asking questions means you’re already opening the door to change. Motherhood doesn’t come with a handbook, so it’s natural to wonder how coaching, hypnosis, NLP, or identity work will help you make this experience easier.

This page is here to give you honest answers (with zero fluff), so you can see if this is the support you’ve been craving.

  • Coaching is future-focused. We’re not diagnosing or digging through your entire past—we’re building tools, confidence, and identity shifts that help you respond differently right now and moving forward. Counseling/therapy is amazing for healing trauma, mental health treatment, and deep emotional processing. Coaching and therapy can work beautifully side by side, but coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy.

  • Nope. Forget the stage shows where people cluck like chickens. Hypnosis in coaching feels more like guided relaxation mixed with laser-focused visualization. You’re awake, aware, and in control the whole time. Think of it as giving your brain a mini spa day so it can release old patterns and build new ones.

  • NLP is like a user manual for your brain. It’s a set of tools and techniques that help you notice the unhelpful thought patterns running on autopilot, and then rewire them into ones that actually support you. Moms love it because it’s quick, practical, and creates shifts you can feel right away.

  • Identity work is about shifting who you believe you are at the core. Because when you see yourself as “the overwhelmed mom who never gets it right,” your brain does everything it can to keep that story alive. But when you start to embody “the grounded mom who trusts herself,” everything changes, your choices, your energy, even how you experience motherhood.

  • That’s exactly why you need it. Most moms think they need to “find more time,” but what actually shifts your experience of motherhood is how you use the time you already have. Our sessions are short, online, and designed to give you more energy and clarity, so the rest of your week actually feels easier.

  • You won’t suddenly have kids who clean up after themselves (sorry, still waiting for that miracle). But you can expect to feel more grounded, less reactive, more confident in your decisions, and way more connected to yourself. The outside challenges of motherhood don’t vanish, but the way you experience them transforms.
